Dear Exhibitor:

You are cordially invited to display your company's products and/or services at the 119th Annual Conference of the Connecticut Library Association, to be held Monday, April 19 and Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at Mohegan Sun, the spectacular hotel/casino/conference center located in Uncasville, Connecticut. Mohegan Sun is conveniently located just minutes off Interstates 90, 91, 95, and 395, and there is plentiful on-site free parking for all exhibitors.

Year after year, our exhibitors tell us that CLA's annual conference is one of the most worthwhile library trade shows in the northeastern United States. Approximately one thousand public and academic librarians, library trustees, and library friends attend the event and approximately seventy companies exhibit every year. The Exhibit Hall will be open throughout the conference, and exclusive exhibit time is scheduled for each day. Also, morning and afternoon refreshments will be served in the hall, and raffle drawings will be held there on Monday and Tuesday afternoons. All of these features encourage our attendees to visit the exhibits.

Please download the complete exhibitor package below. It contains all the information you will need to know about the conference, including directions, hours, shipping, lunches, hotel accommodations, and more. Then, complete the registration documents appropriately and return them to me with a check covering your conference fees.

Registrations for the 2010 CLA Annual Conference will be accepted until Exhibit Hall space is sold out. However, in order to guarantee a listing in the conference booklet, your company's registration and payment must be received by March 19, 2010.

Please join us! This year's conference theme is Our Common Ground, and your presence as an exhibitor will help to make CLA 2010 our most successful gathering ever.
